The staff was superb and courteous, with attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, each with a unique style. The location was ideal, close to Knightsbridge and attractions like Harrods. The hotel provided special treatment for dogs as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the facilities were great. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Knightsbridge, between two underground stations, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We had the most good experience at Egerton House. The staff were very good too make our stay special, ensuring that our golden retriever, Dexter, was treated like a VIP. The afternoon cream tea was a treat for the taste buds, with homemade sandwiches, scones, and cakes. The charming setting and attentive service made it lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, nestled between Knightsbridge and South Kensington Tube stations, in a beautiful residential area. It is just a short stroll away from famous shops including Harrods. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, with fully-functioning climate control and lovely views. The staff provides exceptional service and the breakfast buffet offers a range of delicious options. the hotel offers a peaceful sitting room and a bar/restaurant with a full menu.
The TV and Bose radios in the rooms were faulty and not fixed during the stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations for luxury and comfort. the exclusive amenities in the room were just what I needed, and the friendly staff were always available to help with any requests. the location was ideal, close to great restaurants and cafes. the on-site restaurant provided delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing evening.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the in-room breakfast menu, which had limited options. the staff went out of their way to accommodate my special dietary needs, providing an excellent alternative.

From the beautifully detailed room to the exquisite linens, everything was thoughtfully appointed to make my stay comfortable. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar offered exceptional Martinis. the hotel location was perfect and quiet, yet close to great cafes and restaurants. the service was truly among the best I have ever experienced.
There was one minor issue which was the lack of a leisure/ TV room. It would have been nice to unwind and relax in a designated area.
